IMPORTANT WEATHER UPDATE REGARDING THE SOUTHERN GARDEN FESTIVAL
Changes for Southern Garden Festival Due to Weather -- Friday night venue change; Saturday events move to May
Due to predicted stormy weather this weekend, two changes have been made to Southern Garden Festival. Please note the following:

VENUE CHANGE:
Friday, April 10, 6 – 8 p.m. - Will be held as scheduled, but moved to American Legion Hall, 1501 Surrey Street, Lafayette, La.

Dining & Dancing Under the Stars
Although we'll be indoors this year, this will still be a very special evening, with dinner, live music with the Nouveau String Band and Rio Luminoso, dancing, and a silent auction.
Please plan to join us at the American Legion Hall, to which our wonderful volunteers are bringing a touch of the gardens.

$100/couple or $75/person

Southern Garden Festival
Now scheduled for May 16, 9 a.m.-5 p.m., at the home of Sarah & Harold Schoeffler, 3502 E. Simcoe, Lafayette, La. (originally scheduled for April 11)

$10 at the garden gate

Includes a garden tour, art, live musical performances, bayou boat tours, children’s activities, Master Gardener presentations, exhibits, garden fairies and more. We look forward to seeing you in the garden on our new date!

The Southern Garden Festival, benefitting Family Promise of Acadiana, features art, live music, a garden tour, Master Gardner presentations, bayou boat tours, refreshments and more. Events include a Friday night dinner and silent auction, and multiple activities on Saturday.
